Designed under the direction of Jun Imai, the model combines the unmistakable E30 M3 silhouette with Kaido House’s aggressive approach to widebody styling and motorsport-inspired builds.
The KHMG223 stands out with its Light Blue and White colour scheme, complemented by a distinctive BBS-inspired racing livery. The widened bodywork, lowered stance, aggressive aerodynamic treatment and performance-focused wheels give the classic E30 a powerful street-and-track character.
Kaido House has packed the model with the mechanical detailing collectors expect from the KAIDO GT range. The diecast metal body and chassis are complemented by alloy wheels, rubber tyres and an opening hood with detailed engine bay. The release also features licensed BBS Turbo Fans, adding an authentic motorsport touch to the wheels.
The model is officially produced in 1:64 scale under the reference KHMG223 and belongs to the Kaido House x MINI GT collaboration. It was released in 2026 and is based on the BMW E30 M3, making it an especially attractive piece for collectors who enjoy classic German performance cars interpreted through Japanese custom-car culture.
Adding another level of excitement, KHMG223 includes a randomly packed chase version. The chase is inserted at the factory level, meaning collectors cannot identify the variant from the exterior packaging before opening it.
